First Loan was fine , but after that , I got denied .

First Loan was fine , but after that , I got denied . You have access to my salary . And you can take it directly from my salary. What more do you want from me to have access to Loans when I need them. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

Reply from London Capital Credit Union Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed by the outcome of a later application. We understand it can feel frustrating when a previous loan was approved, but a subsequent one is declined. However, each application is assessed individually to make sure the lending remains affordable and responsible at the time of application. Access to your salary alone does not mean we can approve borrowing, as we still need to consider your wider financial situation and whether the repayment would remain sustainable. Our aim is always to support members in a way that helps, rather than puts them under further pressure. Response date: 9th June 2026
