Easy experience

Was changing my insurance over to another policy the call was straight forward and everything was explained to me in detail. I’d made a few mistakes and they were changed quickly and I wasn’t made to feel stupid. I didn’t feel rushed to get it done quickly even though the call waiting times were 10/15 mins Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019
