Terrible

For months now I have had problems with my account and every time I contact customer service I’m sorry to say but they put the thickest people on every time. Zero compassion and zero training and if you don’t connect with a person you will connect with the worlds worst Ai bot that is as much help as a chocolate fire guard. Completely unhelpful questions and suggestions that just lead you around in a circle over and over. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
