No customer contact

Just recently had a seller who did not fulfil their order, and I only received 50% of the goods. Could only talk to automated helper to get a refund. They said a customer service person would contact me soon but had no one contact me. Had to contact eBay who I bought the item through and they dealt with it very quickly and gave me the refund. Affordable pay in 3.

Payment with PayPal is such an easy process and an added bonus is you can pay in 3 instalments, without any extra cost, which makes paying for larger expense items more affordable. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
