Incredibly useful and flexible.

It's incredibly useful to be able to pay for larger amounts over four months and as AO accepts PayPal, it's meant that when I've needed appliances, I've been able to use it and flexibly pay back for larger purchases. My only criticism is that sorting out repayments is a slight faff. The statements don't easily lay out what's due in full and what's deferrable into two clean amounts and the direct debit options don't allow me to automate paying the former of those amounts. It would be good to be able to pay the amount I need to pay to avoid interest on DD and to maybe get an email prompting me to make a top up payment towards the balances due over 4 months.
