My experience has been positive, although...

My experience has generally been positive, although not without a few frustrations. The ability to spread the cost of anything over £100 is very convenient. I love the new PayPal+ points. Payments were easy to manage through the app. However, there are issues when trying to understand how payments are allocated across different balances. Customer service is through AI. It's been overally reliable, but there is room for improvement. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
