Review of the PayPal, PayPal Credit:

Most convenient option but there is a catch.

Paypal, places all your purchases, that have their interest charged on different terms, such as one purchase might be 0% for 4months, another 0% interest purchase might span over 12-month period instead etc; all those are all placed under a single balance in PayPal credit account. In practice with how they handle it, it means the funds are allocated in a not most efficient way for you. If you mix different purchases with different payment periods, you end up in the situation, where you are underpaying for some purchases and over paying others. You will soon have made 3-4x in advance payments for your largest purchase, and lack behind few smaller purchases that will start charging interest. In the past talking to the CS, would resolve this, and you could choose what you want to pay off first, long winded, but it worked. Nowadays they straight up refuse to allow you to allocate funds correctly, to take advantage of the 0% periods that both sides agreed to. It's a cheeky and horrible practice, that makes it super hard to use or reccomend their product if you are someone who want to utilise their credit option for several purchases you are looking to pay over several months. If you are someone who uses credit and pays it off full next month every time, you will love PayPal credit, due to wide adoption. They are however, no where near best credit provider, as they are not reporting positive credit history. If you can get a regular credit card do that instead, the convenience of PayPal linked so natively with eBay is not worth it, if you can build credit history with someone else.
