Great company

Petplan have paid out over £10,000 so far in total for my dog who is my world. They're easy to deal with staff are friendly and helpful. They paid out straight away every time. It's great that they deal directly with my vet and pay them directly so I don't have to worry about finding the money to pay. Yes it's probably more expensive than some others but at the end of the day my dogs life was saved and I didn't have the extra stress of how I'm going to pay it. When your pet is being rushed to hospital it's good to not have that financial worry it was so easy to give petplan a quick ring and give permission for them to deal with my vet then they did the rest I didn't have to worry about anything to do with money I could just focus on getting my boy better. I'm so glad I got my dog insured and so far I'm glad I went with petplan thank you Reviewed on: 23rd August 2019
