Great Rewards and Flexible Payments

I’ve had a positive experience with PayPal Credit overall. One of the best features is the ability to collect points when spending with linked credit or debit cards and then redeem those points for rewards. I also really like that purchases over £100 on PayPal Credit can be spread over 4 months, which provides useful flexibility and helps with budgeting. There are, however, a couple of areas that could be improved. Firstly, when using PayPal Credit, it can sometimes take a week or more for transactions to appear and for the balance owed to update. This can make it difficult to keep track of spending in real time. Secondly, when transferring money from a linked bank account to a PayPal debit card, the transfer can take several days to arrive. Given that the accounts are already linked and verified, it would be great if these transfers could be processed much faster. Overall, PayPal offers a convenient service with some excellent benefits, but improving transaction and transfer speeds would make the experience even better. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
