GREAT Customer Service

They got my money back on an item that got lost in UK Customs from the EU. It was easy-peasy to contact them and once I'd provided a chronological summary of what I thought had happened, they kept in contact with me on the progress made while they investigated and finally ruled in my favour. They are VERY responsive to customer issues.

They are VERY responsive to customer issues. No being put on hold for minutes on end before an agent speaks to you. Had an issue with a lost item from the EU-UK. The PayPal tracking system linked to my online purchase made making a claim a lot easier than it otherwise could have been. I got my money back with very little effort. Very pleased.
