Trustworthy, reliable and safe

Used PayPal since I was younger and it’s a company, retailer and brand I instantly trust. If I have issues with any order and use PayPal I feel safer as a consumer but what’s important is that if I have issues PayPal sort it out. Customer service is always good and you can get hold of them which when you compare to klarna makes PayPal so much better. Klarna only care for the merchants where as PayPal cares for the customer too and help with disputes. This has been really helpful for me especially with a disability as I don’t have to battle to speak to customer service or have things sorted. Every encounter I’ve had or dispute I had to raise everyone at PayPal was helpful. It’s also easy to use and I feel protected which is what I value Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
