BE AWARE mbna credit card is no longer owned by bank of america

I have been mbna credit card customer for many years and it has always been fantastic. Customer service was actually there to serve customers. It has now been taken over by Lloyds group recently and since then service is ruined. Customer service attitude is now changed to “I don’t care about you Mr customer”. Unfortunately that American banking touch is gone and I will never recommend mbna LLOYDS credit card to anyone ever. They should change nAme instead of deceiving clients.
