As a single mum with 3 kids, my youngest has super high are needs and severely disabled. Even with support of the benefits we’re on (which I’m thankful for) it doesn’t cover the true value of having multiple family members with high care needs. As a family we have gone through some recent trauma and still healing to this today. It’s because of the credit union I have been able to make memories with my kids and take them on holiday and have money put to the side safely with ECU for Christmas. There is no price on that. I’m still navigating how ECU works and everytime I have spoken to the team they have been nothing but honest, kind, understanding and sound like genuine good people. I wish there was more kindness in the world because it’s teams like ECU that are rare. We would be stuck if we didn’t have the chance to use ECU and it’s because of ECU I’ve been able to make the most amazing memories with my babies and provide them the opportunities to see Christmas lights, and see their faces light up in the darkest times. thank you for everything!
