Simple, friendly claims procedure

I clipped a gatepost with my caravan resulting in 2 long messy gouges in the side. The claims procedure was simple, quick, friendly, with no quibbling about price or blame, which was a relief. I can’t say the same about the 5 months it took for the repairer to order and stock the replacement Lunar caravan-specific parts, but that’s no fault of the insurance company!
