We've tried the rest but we've got THE BEST Caravan Insurance cover

It's a cliche but the Caravan and Motorhome Club really do take the worry out of owning a caravan. We have been caravanning for over 20 years and love it. However, with insurance, there is always the worry that if you have a problem the policy small-print will exclude your particular situation. However we have experienced the 2 "worst scenarios" of owning a caravan. Over the years we have experienced one accident and one theft. Both nightmare situations were dealt with efficiently and with compassion by The Club, and the claims were paid quickly and in full. These people are professional but, above all they are kind and helpful. And it's not only their Claims people who have impressed us. Every year when we renew our policy, the Renewals people are very helpful and patient when we are deciding what items we need to insure. The contrast with the lukewarm service we receive from our Car Insurers is amazing. Reviewed on: 27th August 2019
