Cost-effective & efficient

I had to make a claim shortly after taking out insurance - but there was no problem and Petplan covered the cost (less excess) of my pet's treatment. I've renewed with them for another year. Reviewed on: 27th August 2020

My cat developed cystitis and need several courses of medication, blood tests & to be admitted & put on a drip for a day. The vet had the appropriate claim form in the surgery, which made everything so easy. Reviewed on: 27th August 2019
