Best no fuss, no quibble insurance

This year I was unfortunate enough to go down a pothole when a car came around a corner in the centre of the road which made me pull over as far as I could to avoid a collision, in doing this I was unable to miss a large pothole, lucky enough I was only a few hundred yards from the touring site I was going to. On arrival at the site I had a chance to inspect my van, I had damaged my nearside tyre and wheel, when I had unhitched my van I found that the fridge had moved causing it to tilt outwards, upon closer inspection I found that the wall that joined the worktop where the fridge was all of the L shape wall fixings from top to bottom had broken. When I arrived home after having my holiday I contacted the Caravan and Motorhome insurance who were very understanding and helpful I had to go and get some quotes, on receiving these the insurance company arranged for an assessor to come and inspect the caravan, he told me I had damaged the suspension and all of the inner structure of the wall above this was badly damaged, my caravan was a write off and could not be put on the road again. He then told me how much the insurance would pay me of which we both agreed, one week later I received a cheque just in time to purchase a new van before my next holiday 2 weeks later.
