Excellent service. My dog has an ongoing condition and whenever i have queries Pet plan staff are always friendly and helpful. Claims are always settled quickly with no fuss. Newsletter is invaluable for top tips and advice. Wouldn't change my insurance provider and i always recommend them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 28th August 2019
