Want to feel like a human? Go Carmoola!

Carmoola were so supportive from the start to the end of my purchasing story. On the day we had some hiccups at the dealership as the dealership were new to putting through finance based sales, so Carmoola were on hand to talk us all through it and what was needed by both dealership and me. Unfortunately my car was defective and I was missold but I feel in love with it, so Carmoola were on hand to support and gave me all my options especially if I did decide to hand it back, which I didn't. I advised them of all the defects and were upfront and honest with them, and they advised that they had introduced a trial with warrantywise, which was perfect because we got some of the defects fixed under warrantywise and the plan as they were discovered whilst the car was in use. Carmoola have been great and honestly would look at continuing with them with my future vehicle purchases, I've heard so many horror stories with other finance companies, but these guys treat you like a human and it puts you at ease! Besides which their apps brilliant, it's so straightforward and the name selector for the car made me giggle... So my car is now lovingly called Basil by me, family and friends!
