Disgraceful service

Applied for a mortgage with Vida through a financial advisor firstly they wouldn’t lend the amount I wanted to borrow only 5k more over a longer term .over 3 months later and 3 days before myself and my 2 children where due to move house they rejected my mortgage on grounds of affordability this was despite me reducing my mortgage by nearly half and my monthly payments reducing also , had never missed a payment on my previous mortgage, luckily for us it was a small mortgage and...
