I have used pay pal for years and watched it adapt to people's needs.i have 3 choices pay upfront delay pay or pay in 3.Depending on the purchase cost I decide although I am still awaiting my civil service pension from 5 months ago when I retired so this feature of pay in 3 is fantastic for me .I usually buy from retailers that offer PayPal as it's so reliable Reviewed on: 11th June 2026
