It took longer than i thought it would

I went into branch to open 2 new accounts. Due to the only member if staff who could do this was busy it took nearly 1 hour. Part of this was due to the fraud section of my bank blocking the tranaction. Your member of staff dealt with this Reviewed on: 30th August 2019
