Through a broker in Sheffield, I was pre approved no problem, then reduced the amount I could borrow, added fees and increased the fixed rate to 5 years, questioning where the deposit is coming from, broker has been saying for weeks we are nearly there, I could probably be there with another lender, if you dont want my business, say no quickly.
I have campaigned against credit companies, with Rt Hon Ed Milliband MP, I am sure he will soon be asking us how our move is going.....
