Terrible customer experience

The service from Nationwide Home Insurance after an attempted break in was very poor. The door, which took nearly 8 weeks to be replaced, wasn't as good as the old door and was poorly made. Nationwide nor the company that fitted the door, VPS Evander, were prepared to do anything about it. Terrible customer service that only added to the stress of dealing with the mess left after the attempted break in. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2019
