I've been paying monthly payment for a few years at petplan had no problems with my cat ,as soon as I needed to claim as my cat wasn't well spoke to petplan their sort it with my vet and my bill was paid .Petplan customer service was very considerate ,helpful,calm as i wasnt. My cat is family. Reviewed on: 5th September 2019
