Terrible, scammy company.

Terrible, scammy company. They auto renew your insurance, even if you change insurance company, and refuse to refund the money when you discover you have been paying twice, which also negatively affects your credit score. Impossible to get through on the phone and when you finally do and explain the situation, they are no help whatsoever. Never using this company again and would urge others to avoid. Use Direct Line instead. Reviewed on: 14th June 2026
