I have been with enterprise for years now and everyone is really helpful and friendly. I called up to see if someone could help me apply for my uniform loan and spoke to Jenny who talked me through everything. She even called me back to let me know it had all gone through and my agreement to sign was in my emails. Reviewed on: 12th July 2026

I had a lovely lady help me to become a member and apply for my loan. She was really helpful with filling in the forms and took her time to go through everything. I haven't put my loan application on just yet but I will definitely go back in for the help. I think the lady was called Jennie. Reviewed on: 30th June 2026
