Rude, arrogant & fee's for everything

Use ANY company other than these 4th party call centre cowboys. It's charges & fee's every step of the way, even to change a direct debit, which are not disclosed until AFTER the fact & they refuse to cancel a policy within the legal cooling off period without charging £50 (as per Consumer rights law) Absolute scam merchants . Reported to insurance regulators & FS ombudsman. Reviewed on: 5th September 2019
