Phone call with the amazing stacey

I spoke with a lovely lady called stacey. She was kind attentive and supportive. She provided me with everything I needed to know as a first time customer to your company. She went above and beyond her job by recommending me to support services that could help me support my son with additional needs and my daughter with some health issues. She has made me feel like I have some support out there I didnt know there was and i feel there has been a weightifted of my shoulders from that one phone call with stacey. She is very humble and amazing she gave me so much information which gave me great comfort in moving forward with my application. She really is a credit to your company. I cant thank her enough for everything she had done and also the information she provided me with to help support my children more. So thank you stacey been lovely to talk to you today.
