I have always had great customer service when going to the branch in St Helens they always make me welcome and I recently had the pleasure of interacting with your team, and I wanted to share some well-deserved feedback. From the very beginning, I felt that my needs genuinely mattered to your staff. Specifically, I want to highlight Karen and Lucy for going above and beyond. They were incredibly attentive, listened to my concerns, and provided a solution that made me feel like a priority rather than just another transaction. It is rare to experience this level of care and personalised service these days.
