I’m a 76 year old widow.

I’m a 76 year old widow. My experience with Loughborough Building Society has been excellent. From my initial discussion through to my final offer Ben and Rob were supportive, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt they both cared about me and my mortgage needs. Ben established the starting point with clear and helpful information. He then guided me to the next step. Rob was patient, he took time to ensure I fully understood all aspects of the process. In fact I believe he went over and above what was required. He guided me through the whole process. He listened to my concerns and fears and gave me clear options. My overall experience with both Ben and Rob was exceptional. They were accessible and always responded to my concerns. If there’s a golden buzzer I would hit it. Thank you both very much.
