Service was ok until I cancelled the policy.

Service was ok until I cancelled the policy. They charged me £75 cancellation fee. Which is a scandalous rip off. They also said it would take 28 days to refund any remaining money. Itdd sad not worth using them on that basis unless they are. Country mile cheaper than the rest because this is how they are recovering the money. Shocking.
