Awful

Endsleigh removed all email addresses from their site at some point, so it's impossible to contact them by email. They leave a telephone number that costs money and is rarely answered, and not a good form of contact for those with hearing difficulties. They then automatically renew your policy without confirming, send emails that bounce back when you reply to them to tell them to cancel, and then start demanding payment when you cancel the payment with your bank. Awful company, essentially running a renewals scam at this point. Used to be good but wouldn't touch them again now. Reviewed on: 6th September 2019
