The reason why I gave good and not excellent for the customer service question is simply the fact that since being a customer with them from when they first started business it’s always been just email to get in contact and can take days to fix one minor issue - when they have a customer call centre , the rating will be moved from good to excellent I’m sure Reviewed on: 19th June 2026
