We recently bought our first home with Hanley Economic Building Society using their mortgage aimed at renters, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. from start to finish Lana was absolutely fantastic. She was always available to answer any of our questions. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and she always took the time to explain everything clearly and in enough details that we understood the process without feeling overwhelmed. what really stood out to us was how the mortgage took into account our rental payments when assessing affordability. As renters pay a significant amount each month, it was refreshing to work with a lender that recognised our ability to make those payments rather than relying on traditional affordability models. buying a home can be daunting but Lana made the whole process so much easier. We are incredibly grateful for all of her help and would highly recommend Hanley Economic Building Society to anyone, especially first time buyers and renters looking to get on the property ladder.
