I experienced log in problems and phoned for help.

I experienced log in problems and phoned The Family B.S. for help. I spoke to Sanya who gently and patiently guided me through the process of resetting passwords etc. I wasn't made to feel rushes and she was endlessly helpful.The Family Building Society have an excellent helpline, great customer service and wonderfully helpful staff.
