I have been a customer for over 2 years and the only issue I have experienced is opening or receiving forms via email, staff are always quick to resolver the issue. Once I applied for the wrong loan amount without realising and they rang me first to check the amount before processing the loan. They go above and beyond with their customer service and are very friendly. Reviewed on: 1st July 2026
