Best prices, best customer service. Simple

We were with Policy Expert last year for our house insurance and received a reminder a month before renewal - the price had actually gone DOWN! Anyone who knows insurance knows that this is rare. I found a better offer by about £50 and went for that but, of course, it turned out that the fine detail meant that the policy was no use. I went back to Policy Expert and they renewed my insurance at an even better price with no hassle and no problems. They are up front, simple to use and easy to get hold of.
