Great customer service

I got my home insurance through Policy Expert for the first time in 2018 prior to moving into a new property. When I got my keys on moving day I quickly realised that I had to change some aspects of the insurance. I thought that there might be a problem with this as I’d purchased the policy more than 14days prior. However there was no problems, the call agent was so great and displayed wonderful customer service. At renewal in 2019, rather than an email & automated renewal I was phoned by a member of staff who re-arranged the call for the next day as I was busy. We went through everything to make sure nothing had changed from the previous year. I was then provided my quote, which was higher than other quotes I’d had. This was then lowered. The customer service throughout was wonderful. The friendly staff were the deciding factor in me staying with this provider. Reviewed on: 12th September 2019
