Excellent customer service

When my policy came up for renewal, the premium had doubled and I needed to update medical conditions. I used the on-line questionnaire which resulted in the policy being unable to auto-renew. So I requested a new quote. I did need help from the underwriters to get all the conditions correct in their terminology and they were very helpful. Subsequently I received an offer of one month’s free premium so went ahead with the quote and paid the premium before the start date. The older policy then auto-renewed so I called customer services and the advisor cancelled the renewal and triggered a full refund. Although the systems are not easy to navigate, the customer service is excellent. Reviewed on: 10th August 2026

Great on-line portal & excellent customer service,

We buy annual multi-trip cover & both have medical conditions, ongoing diagnoses & treatment. It’s easy to give the information needed on-line to get quotes and. Complete the contract. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026
