PayPal is a great company to use, but it needs to be more consistent. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and provided with high-quality customer service. Representatives should be willing to listen, take customers' concerns and frustrations seriously, and work toward resolving issues professionally rather than arguing or fighting with customers.
