Credit account change date for direct debit

I have credit and I’ve been trying to change the date of my direct debit for the past few months. Every time I call up and try to change the date they say I have to wait for the following month and this is very frustrating as every time I then call back up. It’s the wrong time and they can’t do it. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026
