Lost account, So frustrating

Built up a great PayPal credit, Loved using PayPal after this, then, out the blue I lost my account, password wouldn’t work when it was correct and no option to change it, just get a message saying “where having trouble recognising it’s you” Ive tried numerous times to call up over the years to recover it, tried everything they asked every time and never once been able to recover it, but they can see it and I can ring up and pay them, my payments are finished and I’ll never use PayPal again, dealing with late fees because I couldn’t get on my account to see when I was due to pay and my balance etc, not reliable at all and caused a lot of unnecessary stress Reviewed on: 6th July 2026
