I purchased 2 separate policies last year at £247 ea...

I purchased 2 separate policies last year at £247 each, I went to repurchase same policy for September this year 2026 ,same people, same holiday destination with same medical conditions ,same duration and the price had more than doubled. I emailed to enquire why and was told because more claims where paid out than premiums taken . I have fortunately,never had to claim on my insurance and was at a loss how that reply applied to me so have not purchased and they have lost my custom. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026
