I trust paypal 100% and their customer service

I have to say I trust paypal 100% and their customer service staff are great. I had a slight scare when I first got my credit with PayPal, I tried to pay and the app glitches so I tried paying again and it went through. A week or so later I received a letter stating I have incurred additional charges for having insufficient funds. Upon querying this with PayPal they seen it was an error on their end and rectified the problem, removing any additional charges and reassuring me it has no effect on my credit score.
