Good initial deal, but the app is hard to use.

I found the initial rates offered very reasonable, but the online site is hard to navigate and the app is worse. The monthly payments changed and I have not been able to fully identify why. I've changed payment amount and date via customer services and this was more complicated than other credit cards, but it was managed perfectly by them in the end. I've decoded to pay it off as soon as possible instead of following the original payment plan because it just seems harder to feel like I'm in full control than with a credit card. Some months the payment won't clear for days and days despite being on a DD and other months it clears straight away. I just find it stressful. I won't use again unless I can pay it off completely in a few months. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026
