11 years no issues. This month I’ve had the worst experience. Paypal reallocated a same day refund to a fixed 24 months 0% arrangement instead of the actual item that was cancelled. The item which I never took drli ert of had 0% until Sep 26 and the account they paid with the refund 0% until May 28!! Dishonest at best, fraudulent at worst. One chat for an hour and told id get a call back last Friday. Never happened. Called Monday to be told someone more senior will review the transaction and you’ll get an email in about 3-4 weeks! I’m going to sort this out, pay off all of my accounts, complain to the FCA and PayPal Credit is gone. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026
