I’m a customer for life

’ve used PayPal for years without any issues, but recently I had an experience that truly blew me away. I ordered a custom piece of art from an independent seller overseas. After weeks of silence, the seller stopped responding, and I assumed my $300 was gone. I filed a dispute through PayPal’s Resolution Center, not expecting much. Within hours, I received a message from a real person — not a bot — asking for a few details. I uploaded my conversation screenshots and explained the situation. The very next day, PayPal reviewed the case and found in my favour. My full payment was refunded immediately, no endless back-and-forth, no hassle. What really stood out was the human touch. The customer service agent even followed up with an email to make sure the funds had landed safely and offered tips for safer international purchases in the future. It felt like they genuinely cared, not just about closing a case, but about me as a customer. Because of this, I now use PayPal for every online transaction I can.
