Improving the UX

I've had a good overall experience using PayPal, but I think the app could be improved significantly with a cleaner and more intuitive user interface. The repayment section, especially for PayPal Credit, can be confusing and isn't always easy to understand at a glance. It would be great to see clearer spending insights, visual charts showing repayment progress, payment history, upcoming balances, and how much interest could be saved by paying early. A more modern dashboard with spending trends, monthly summaries, and easier navigation would make managing finances much simpler. Overall, PayPal is a great service, but improving the app's UX and making financial information more visual and accessible would greatly enhance the user experience. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
