Customer Service vs Security.

I will say when it comes to refunds or claims that PayPal is not very protective of the customer, and I have had bad experiences but the ease of the service is good when paying and know that the company should be secure is reassuring. Could be easier on repayment interest tracking though. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
